The firm was initially established by Mr. Delma Juzar in 1971 and subsequently a partnership was formed between Mr. Delma Juzar and Mr. Hoesein Wiriadinata. Mr. Widyawan, one of Indonesia’s leading oil and gas practitioners, joined the firm in 1991. Throughout the 25 years of practice, the firm has consistently been working towards and maintaining its position as one of the few leading commercial and corporate law firms in Indonesia, and provides a full range of legal services to many prominent Indonesian, foreign and multinational business enterprises and financial institutions. The firm consists of 4 partners and over 20 solicitors, all of whom speak English and a number of whom have been trained in the United States, Holland and Australia. There are also 2 foreign counsel from the Allens Arthur Robinson Group with the firm.
